Default exhaust diameter

Whats the best size for exhaust? 2.5" 3.5"?? And do all the pipes need to be the same size (i.e. midpipe, catback pipes)??

Okay cool, my catback is 2.5". Wouldn't a bigger pipe provide better flow??

remember that our modular motors need some back pressure. too much flow can actualy lose power.

Not really. You can actually hurt your performance if your pipes are too big. 2.5 is perfect unless your running major HP then its a different story.

Sorry my friend but you are dead wrong. Back pressure only robs HP by making it harder for the piston to push the exhaust gasses out. 2.5in is the best size for a NA car or a a supercharger pushing little boost. If you put a 3.5in pipe in it will cause the flow of gasses to slow and in turn cause back pressure. Bigger is not better.
