Could it be......
the oil? I just changed the oil in my car and it seems to run better, smoother, better/more even throttle response, and dare I say maybe a bit more power. I used Mobil full synthetic 5w30.
BTW. I have used mobil 1 before in my fiance's 05 mustang, but just havent gotten around to switching it over in my car yet until now.

Its a good feeling doing work on your car it might not make it faster but you know that you have done some good for your baby.
Whenever I spend all day doing maintance on my car I always think it is faster handles better etx.
Just my opinion.

I dont think it makes it faster but I do know after I change my oil, even though I do it religiously at 3k, It makes me feel secure that my car has some new blood in it and it feels like a safety net.
