o/r h, or prochamber.......unless you have emissions then stay away from cats....the midpipe is there so that you can equalize the pressure in your exhaust....it will add more power

Hpipe = more lower end torque, less hp
xpipe = less lower end torque, more midrange hp

Also, they say.. if you have chambered mufflers, to get hpipe... if you have straight through mufflers, get an xpipe... all a matter of preferance. www.mustangexhaust.com - to listen to clips.

+1 the advice i always give is if you have a chambered muffler ie flowmaster go with nothing other than an h-pipe. i have the 0/r prochamber and flows and its the best of both worlds bc the prochamber is a x and h hybrid, and it makes it sound even throatier. its also not loud enough to attract cops or other athority figures unless you really get on it

for sound go H for more high pitched sound go x, I went x, very happy, but a little raspy. I spent a lot of money for my exhaust though. You can get cheaper h and cheaper catbacks that prob sound better, but not as unique. Everyone owns a mustang but it is up to you to make it unique and different
