I have FRPP shorties and pretty satisfied. If I had to do it again, yea i'd stick with the shorties.

Ok but another question I had was will the long tubes bolt up to my Mac off-road H. Its a two part H that can be made shorter for Mac LTs but idk if any other brand will bolt up to it?

SLP makes an X like that... its expensive though. Hell i bought a used catted H pipe for 80 shipped. H/X pipes dont really matter if they are used... if they arent really rusted it doesnt matter much.

No... that's why Mac makes 2 sets of prochambers, and 2 different O/R hpipes...

I saw what my stock manifolds looked like when I put my headers on my 2v, they do not flow that bad and unless you're going over 450rwhp you really don't need to upgrade them. If you do, it's merely a choice. You really won't get that much of a difference. With LT's, Midpipe and catback most people will see 15rwhp tops... that includes it being tuned for it too, because you're A/F will be off. It is what it is, im done with this thread.

any mail order tune is fine - i wouldnt spend the dough for a dyno tune until you get an adder

- however, I just modified my stock H to fit my LT's and I have 2 40 series dumps in the middle - I love it.
