Which Heads and Cams to get???

Which Heads and Cams to get???
I have a lifter knocking on my passenger side, so I've decided to just go ahead and get new heads and cams, any suggestions would be appreciated. I do have the Ford Racing Intake Manifold, and plan on adding Hooker headers on as well.

back in 1995, its possible it could have been a lifter problem but....... here in 96+ it could be something else.... could be a clearance issue on the valves aswell as many other things... what kinda noise is it.

im actually in the proces of waitin on my heads and cams to come in, i have comp stage 2 cams and patriot heads to match, figure out your goal for the car, as in 500+ etc....then just get the parts to match, some good companies to keep in mind are sean hyland and fox lake racing....and on the lifter deal im almost positive our motors have hydraulic adjusters.....
