Your looking at.... including motor, install, the supporting upgrades including bigger tires and wheels..... around 14,000 to 16,000 dollars.

Bad idea... way to much **** to change and up grade. I'm with the guy that says sell the motor and get a GT.

It is possible but you need way more then just the engine. Tranny, drive shaft, rearend, computer, wiring harness, instrument panel, steering colum and all of the old suspension needs to come out including the K member and replaced with cobra suspension. It is better to just buy a gt and go from there.

Well, first off, the rear axle is a 7.5 IIRC... That won't hold 300hp well, much less 400+..

Sell the engine, and buy another GT, and start over again.. It'll be easier that way..
i agree with the second part, however matt neuthart is running 700 rwhp thorugh his 7.5 with a detroit true trac and TA girdle

there is a guy over on 3.8 with a v6 that currently has a gt swap in it, and he is now swapping in a 32v 4.6 with a vortech. it can be done, and really isn't much more of a hassle than it would be doing this to a gt.
