trash them and buy new ones? The 01+ headlights would make your car look 5 years newer anyways. You can go through a sand and waxing process but in a few months it will be back to the nasty way it is now.

ohh that happened to me when i didnt push the headlight bulb in all the way and it didnt seal. take the headlight out and put the back side of it up to a fan overnight and it will clear the fog out.

there is another way to do it if your looking for the cost efficiency. pry the light apart where it seals from one piece to another. put the lights in your oven for about 5min. on 300degrees. but some plastic sealant and put em back together. good as new.
