I'd say option 2. But, since you want white rims, why not powder coat the wheel white? I've never seen this, but it might look good.

It rusts because the metal is naked. Put some clothes on the naked metal and it won't be embarassed (rusted).

Option 2 because white saleens would look ugly on your car. Do everything in option 2 except powdercoat your current ones. Just save up form some chrome saleen replicas.

I am not going to claim that I am a Saleen, fraud is not something that I'd do. I plan on shaving the rear bumper or state when asked, that it is a GT with a Saleen body kit. As for the white on white, I have wanted it ever since I was 12, I am now 18 and working closer to my goal. However, for the rims, I still won't be able to get the body kit for a while, so I was thinking it would be better to go with option 2, and then once I have enough for both the rims, body kit, and money to have it painted, that I would do that.

that looks cool but if you do that than you wont want to put more money in the rims later and one think will lead to another and you wont reach your goal of a saleen clone...just my opinion.

Hmm that looks alot like WHS student parking lot, upper level... Back on topic, if that look is what you've always wanted, and its the most important thing worth saving for, then do it. Its your car. Personally, i think black wheels look great on white cars. That pic looks great with the black bullits.. either those, or some black Fr500's would look nice. Just ask yourself what you would rather do with that money, save more and put it towards car/other parts of life, or spend it on the body kit/wheels. Either way, itll look great.
