i would go with the pi heads and intake, it will really wake up your 4.6
i just swaped the one in my 99 for the aluminum cross over intake
my brother inlaw told me about them craking so i changed mine as sone as i could
got it from ford racing for $180 shipped.
i changed mine at a friends house in about 45mins
it's not as hard as i thought
