My bro wants to put the complete stage 3 roush kit with side exhaust on his car. He wants to know if the side exit exhaust kits designed for "GT" will be good for his car. I am pretty sure it will be, but I want to double check. thanks

sure it will work man why doesnt he just make his own side exit i am ditching my full h-pipe back roush side exit kit so i can run 2 bullit style mufflers off the h-pipe then directly off those it will curve to the side instead of going all the way back into the magnaflows and then back up and out the sides it sound way meaner and im sure has to be a little more power for the fact it gets rid of the roller coaster of pipes oh yes and it would save him a few hundred dollars to do it that way.... anyways how much do the side exit exhaust kits run??? you can get and exhaust shop to provide the mufflers and pipe and labor on the set-up i talked about above for about 100-120 bucks installed

he's hving his dad take care of it. the entire kit with exhaust and warranty, incl s&h is like $1,720 :-/ He doesnt want to "rig up" the car, lol

dont do the exhaust - sounds like poo and flows like poo --- just do dumps in the middle and run tips on the side... cheaper - easier - better...

I agree if anything just put the tips in the side for looks and run your exhaust towards the back and turn the pipes down. With the side exhaust it doesnt sound very great and since the air flow has to take a shrp turn to exit out of the pipe you are losing some power!

ahh i sold the body kit but i do have the side exit exhaust i am planning on ditching the only thing good on roush's are the tool kit in the trunk the body kit and suspension exhaust blows and i dont like people asking me if my name is jack because of another mans name in the tint lol

Is he getting the Borla kit? I know they sell a kit.

+1 on just getting the pipes for looks and using dumps. My Question is why would you want to put that kit on the styling of the Mach 1?
