Default Intake Questions

sorry if this may be a repeat post but here we go... I have a '00 GT manual, and I have heard that I can't put a Bullitt intake on it because of valve cover clearance problems. Is this true? If so is would changing valve covers to '01 style be possible? And if not what other alternatives do i have? The reason for this is that I plan on running a s/c and I have heard that the Bullitt intake works well with boost. Thanks for all of your opinions in advance.

uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

the bullit, and gt, have the same engines. 4.6 SOHC

there shouldnt be any issues, except for the amount of money you spend, and lack of performance.

i know it is the same engine, and maybe i was lied to on this, but i heard that the valve covers were different from 00 to 01 and that's what caused the clearance prob. i just wanted to ask before getting one.

The difference with the valve covers was because of different motors... Windsor/Romeo.. nothing to do with the intake manifold..
