These parts:

1) 283 short block nodular iron crank, forged rods, forged pistons, ARP bolts
2) P1-SC Pro Charger – 8,10.12 psi 3 core intercooler
3) HPS aluminum lower intake ported for blower applications
4) New Plenum, C&L
5) Pillar Guage Pod with 2 pod inserts , Air/Fuel Guage, Boost Gauge
6) Ebiach Pro Sport, $210 / 90/10 struts $200 50/50 rear shocks
7) Caster Camber Plates
8) Stage Two Clutch SPEC
9) 31 SPLINE rear end upgrade: axles, SVT 31 spline posi, race studs, bearings for 31 spline axles

My shop said a safe estimate is around $6,610.00 for installing and tuning, yall think that is good or do yall think thats kinda steep. Also if there is anyone that knows how to do suspension for a reasonable price and a 6 pack of bear PM me.

Tough call...

I'd check a couple of differnet shops if I was you.

Holy crap! you are paying about the same in labor as you did for the parts. Thats why I learned how to do my own work. Saved thousands that way. I would find a friend with tools and do the work yourself. But its your money.

Hey for $5000 I'll put all that in for ya.

do it yourself and add a better transmission to the list for the price of the install. Then just push it on a trailer and have them tune it.

A 283 is a 281 bored .20 over, I think, if not then .30 over.

As for all that, item's 2-7 are something you can do yourself. Those are pretty simple. SC may be the toughest part, but again you can save yourself at least $4000.00 doing those installs yourself. The motor, clutch, gears are maybe shop wise. I'm not that mechanical to do those myself or I would. The brakes aren't that bad either, just need to know how to bleed them.
