i have a new 04 cobra motor and i want to put it into my 97 but i was wondering if i could use my 97 wiring harness and just burn the chip for a 04 cobra.

It would be less of a headache if you just got he wiring harness and the computer from the Cobra. It will be a plug and play system if you have the engine bay wiring harness. Just plug it into the firewall put in the computer and go have fun. We'll its a little harder than that but you get my point.
