just back from a long weekend,Hey 91GT, as to roller rockers the only way they gain u valve lift is if ur taking off a 1.5 rocker and putting a 1.6 or 1.7 back on.takin a 1.5 nonroller off and putting a 1.5 roller on doesnt increase valve lift at all.it free's up friction wich adds hp to ur engine.

No one said putting 1.5's in place of 1.5's would change loift. Thats why they make different ratios you no car fixing waste of space.

Low 11's is pretty good. Must be all the HP you got from your gears.

When you put RR on, it allows the valvetrain not to float in higher rpm's. Eventually it will if you wind the car up to high, but I'm talking about in the 5000-6000 RPM range where stock stamped rockers don't cut it. It allows the engine to run more efficiently, but I can't honestly say whether or not it gives you power, though it might because of the efficiency of the motor is increased and the valves aren't floating.

I never said you could change rockers of the same ratio to gain lift. If you drive a chevy its obvious why you cant read. A punk kid Im not. I could build a faster car than you in my sleep. Now that youve resorted to name calling it would appear that you are the child and anymore posts from you ANYWHERE on the board will be deleted. NA NA NA NA NA NA NA NA hey hey hey goodbye!!!! Maybe you should sign up for vo- tech or something. Try cooking or needlepoint because cars aint your thing.
