Default Supercharger

Please let me know if I throw a charger in my 99 gt do I have to modify my engine the same way if I were to add a turbo you know low compression pistons and also I'm not sure but I think I would have to pu a stronger axel, yes?

if u stay under 10 psi and have good tune you dont have to touch the engine. you will only need to change ur axels if u get some sticky tires and hook great. if you have drag radials or below you wont have to touch the rear. slicks is when you start to break **** because you are getting so much grip it strains the driveline.

i think anything above 7psi u will need forged internals and beef up the back end...the 4.6 stock everything can handle up to 450hp tho i know that.
