I think you could be in trouble:

"The LT4 was a special high-performance version of the new-generation LT1. With the addition of new higher-lift rocker arms and better-flowing heads, it produced 330 hp (243 kW) and 340 ft.lbf"

if he acutally has an LT4, and if the quoteation is right, sounds like he has ya beat.

Go ask 98LS1, he can probably nail it down for your for sure.

IF he has 330 to the tires as he said, you're done for. You 'might' have 240 (but I doubt it). Despite the extra weight he has, that 90-100 hp advantage is huge. Unless he absolutely cannot drive, i.e put it in reverse, you will not take him.
