RE: twin turbo or supercharger
It realy doesnt matter... unelss your pushing like 7-800 hp, anything can be a daily driver... i know 2 guys here with 600+ hp cobras that are daily drivers... not sure about there gas mileage though.

daily driver supercharger but im sure you can tune a twin turbo setup to be daily driven why not just go single turbo its cheaper and you will just enough power go from 450hp to 600hp just changing the tune, octane, and boost levels you cant beat that.. with a blower youd have to change a pulley and belt also and then worry about belt slip...what would really limit your driveability would be putting in a too harsh of a clutch or say if your turbo spools ridiculusly fast and you have a lead foot and you break the street tires loose when you get into boost just cruising (not racing its inevitable unless your on a slick)

Turbos allow for higher horsepower numbers while remaining (however little it is) streetable because the powergains are more subtle at first cause boost has to build...supercharger is always there, however if your looking for dependability and just plain thrills, supercharge it because most turbos require a good amount of maintance to last a long time, while companies like procharger offer time oriented warrenties on their products
