Default settling springs

ok finally put in rear springs in

Put the front on 2 weeks ago instant drop... no settling

rear went in today car did not lower at all in the rear and the rear is really soft you can push car down 2-3 inches easy compared to the stiff front

Is this normal if so how long until the rear settle

I used the ford racing springs

1.12 front .75 rear.... i used that because i didn't want anything big mainly to even the front and rear

I would give it a couple days, since there is not as much weight back there, unless, you have a nice full tank of gas [sm=gears.gif]

where did you get your springs from? and do you have any pics of them on your car?

im looking to get some springs soon, and much like you, im not really looking to go that low. just want a slightly better/more even stance.

Did you get the B's? I'm going to be tossing in my new rears sometime soon. I have a new use for a set of stock springs...

For GThopeful, here's a pic of my '03 with front only Ford Motorsport B springs.

Colorado_Mustang, thanks alot for the pic. I think that I'm going to go with those springs when I decide to lower my car. I think that those with a nice set of 18" 03/04 Cobra wheels would really set off my car.

Thanks again!
