Next mod gears. Advice pls.

Next mod gears. Advice pls.
Ok I decided I am getting gears next. I am staying N/A and going for basically full bolt-ons in the long run with a 100 shot of nitrous in the end eventually.
As of right now this will be my first major mod from what I can gather it seems to be a wise first mod.
Now my dilema is should I go with 3.73 , 3.90 , or 4.10.
I know a lot of people favor the 4.10
I was leaning more towards 3.90's but how much does gas mileage suffer from the 3 different gears?
How much does top end suffer from the higher gear ratio?
I mainly do city driving and around town not much highway driving . I will take a road trip to go visit relatives once in awile ( Once a year or so) few hundred miles. So I would say I do about 75% city driving and 25 % highway driving roughly on a monthly basis.
Also I am debating weither to go with Motive gears or FRPP. Motive is cheaper and seems to have a respectable reputation where as FRPP is ford and is a little more expensive so can I get some feedback on them from people who have had experience.
Ive done gears before on my camaro I put 3.73's in and that cost me like $250 labor/install plus the gears. And I was really happy with that outcome.
I know most of these questions are answered in other posts and yes I have browsed around and read them and took those comments and opinions into account about what people said about what gears they use etc... but I wanna get feedback on my situation and my application to see what will suit me best or try to find what will suit me best.. Any advice is much appreciated.
Thanks guys...

i went 3.73 but its all what u want u wont regret 4.10 but its not going to help all that much in the long run a 3.73 will be good enough 4 u but if u want that xtra umph! then go 4.10 ur city gas mileage might actually be better because it takes less effort off the line but that is providing u dont pull a john force launch at every light

Yea thats why I was leaning more towards the 3.90's or 4.10's then the 3.73. I hope someone here has gotten the 3.90's and can provide some feedback on them. Thanks for the advice.

alright im about to sound smart...and i took a good portion of my night just to get this strait
alright lets get a few things strait first...rpm is determined by: mph x ring/pinion ratio x tranny ratio x 336 / tire diameter
now your tire diameter for a completly stock gt is 18.7 in according to tire rack
you have 15 gal tank
60x3.90x.67x336/18.7
now at 60mph in 5th gear your running 2817 rpm with 3.90
60x4.10x.67x336/18.7
now at 60mph in 5th gear your running 2961 rpm with 4.10
so for a rule of thumb, you gain about 75 rpm per tenth you go up in gear ratio
now....
lets look at injectors!
alright 19lb injectors flow 19lbs of fuel per hour of use at 44 psi fuel pressure (which your probably running) at 100% (your not running, probably bout 80%)
19x.8= 15.2lb/hour
now gasoline weighs in at 6.25 lb/gal...so your using approx 2.5 gal of gas after going 60 miles with 3.27
average this out and your getting approx 24 mpg
NOW!!
your increasing your rpm by 450 rpm (75 rpm rule of thumb x approx 6 tenths) with 3.90 and 600rpm (75 rpm rule of thumb x approx 8 tenths) with 4.10
3.90
#x3.90x.67x336/18.7=450
#= 9.58mph
4.10
#x4.10x.67x336/18.7=600
#= 12.16mph
with 19 lb injectors at 80% running the same rpm...
3.90 you are now running 50.42 mph at the same rpm which is a mpg loss of 3.832 mpg
4.10 you are now runnning 47.84 mph at te same rpm which is a mpg loss of 4.464 mpg
....ahhhh....if im wrong or u want to dispute sig figs...screw you...naw but if im wrong...correct me...i tried...other than that...go with 4.10's

RE: Next mod gears. Advice pls.
i'm pretty much doing the same thing your planning, i'm already on the last mod
go with the 4.10's, city gas mileage might actually be higher with the steepers gears. i have only gone about an hour on the freeway, milage went down maybe 2-3 mpg. sound gets kinda annoying if your trying to have a conversation.
