Default Opinions on setup for new GT

Im buying a 01 or newer mustang GT 5-speed. This is what I have planned. Let me know what you guys think....

Densecharger CAI w/ MAF
Accufab 70 mm TB
C&L planum
SLP catback with X pipe
Auburn Ectec Posi unit
4.10 gears not sure what brand to get.
Ive used Richmond in the past on my 69 Mustang. Might go with motives.
hows this for a starting setup?

I plan to later put on a set of Patriot heads with some crower cams. What cams would you go with...

220/224 duration @ .050 .590/.601 lift or
228/228 duration @ .050 .612/.612 lift

Im thinking the first cus I dont really like single pattern cams. Crower doesnt post the LSA for the cams. Would like around 112.
Going either Kenne Bell, ATI D1SC, or turbo setup.

Id really appreciate your guys feedback. Im kinda new to the OHC motors.

Sounds good. I personally like sticking with single manufacturers where I can. Like in your case I would get C&L TB to go with the C&L plenium. I guess I'm just weird that way. Can't advise you on cams... The new Comp cams that were reviwed in MM&FF look sweet. Good luck whatever you decide.

What I really want is to see a pic of your 69 'stang. Hook us up man! Post it!! [8D]

By the way, how do you like the Kenne Belle? How was installation, price, power gains? What psi are you running? Id like to see some numbers.

I personally think you aught to save all the money you want to put into it and buy a good S/C for it and you will smoke most all GT's on the road.

yea just save ur money for the s/c..for now if I were u I'd just get a cheap and loud catback like some 1 chamber flows those will b loud as hell and there pretty cheap and just keep on savin for that s/c...I regret goin the route that I did cuz w/ all the money I put into my car I could have thrown in a s/c and b twice as fast

I love it! The install was straightforward. Since I got the intercooled kit there was a little more time involved vs. the non-I/C kit. It took me and a buddy around 25 hours to install, or an entire weekend, including Friday night. We took our time and did everything right, including all the "preflight" checks. With school about to start (wife is in nursing school too, not working) and two kids, I'm kinda out of funds for a dyno test, but it's coming one day, hopefully soon... KB says I should be making a little over 400hp. My thread (mentioning the couple of install snags & price) is here.

The only change I would make is that if you are going with the accufab tb also go with the accufab plenum. From what I understand it outflows the C&L.
