I'm getting a noticable stutter whenever the AC Compressor cycles.
It happens between 2K and 3K, when either the AC or the defrost (uses AC Comp.) are on.

I can hear the click of the compressor cycling right when the stutter happens. It's just a quick dip in power, almost feels like the clutch slipping for half a second, just a little blip. And it happens about every 10 seconds or so.

Why is this happening, and how do I fix it???

AC= Power loss

It is pretty noticable to. I only drive with my AC or heat on when I have to. Just hate loseing the power.

Mine does the samething, always has. I asked around, and found no solution. I agree it is a real pain in the a##.

Wow i have my smog pump and A/C on my car still. I do lose a little power but what the hell I'd rather be cool. Infact i ran the car once with A/C on and ran a 12.76. lost more then 1 sec. But i'll always keep it on the car being the stang isn't my drag car. My camaro runs 10.30 just motor No NOS
