I had that same problem. It has happened to me maybe five times since I woned the car so I took it to Ford and they counldnt find anything wrong with it. But they did document it so if anything serious comes of it then they will fix it out of warranty.

Happend to me once at an intersection. Green light was in 4th turning right and the car shutoff. I thought i may have stalled cause i was going around a turn in 15 in 4th, I just cant remember if i had the clutch pushed in. Haha opps. Anyway.. making that turn without power steering was fun.

I started it back up and it hasnt happend again. I just told myself im a dumbass and stalled it, because I would rather have it be that than the car.

Sounds like your Mach 1 was traveling at Mach -1.

It seems to be a frequent problem with people here... are you sure you just werent in too low of a RPM in a gear and it stalled out?

Maybe the little leprechauns under your hood pulled your spark plug wires...

What do you not believe me? I honestly cant remember if i was in gear or not. I was going about 65 and was just getting off the freeway. She fired back up pretty quick. I did take the air horn out the other day i wonder if that affected it.
