Here is a little thing I use as a reference. It has the stock times that the cars were tested at when new. This obviously can't be used strictly because of the driver mod, but it is a good starting point. Here ya go.

its not off topic because every other thred in this forum is, can my GT beat what ever and its getting pretty damn annoying because its usually pretty much the same car they are asking about.
