Default should i get suspension?

ive heard that suspensin will do alot for your 1/4 mile time...if it does...what kind should i get and how much time will it take off

Lower and upper control arms, subframe connectors, springs are dependent on if you want it strictly street or strip, or you could do coilovers

lowering sprins will usually take some time off on the strip. you wont get that weight transfer you had before when the car was higher and it was aloud to squat in the rear. but uper/lowre c/a are a must for traction.
