I've heard that the 99+ can hit like 13.9 stock, what I'm wondering is what the 96-97 can do stock with a amatuer driver behind the wheel can they hit mid 14's?

ORIGINAL: stang01281

got a 2001 gt auto.. ran a 14.1 with a trans cooler. belive me with the deal i got on this car, you would have bought it too, even if its an auto..
imma have to say 'show me' to this one, i have an 01 GT auto, and if i ran a 14.1 sec stock, and you had a feather in your butt, we'd both be tickled. if what you are saying is true, then, you got a great deal on your car, cuz you are beating a lot of the 5 sp drivers. what are your 60' times and 1/4 mile speeds?
