hey guys I am new to the whole mustang scene! so here my story... on friday my acura integra gs-r was stolen from me while at a club and now i am forced 2 buy a new car because they got everything and its totalled! I have always liked imports, but today i got to drive a 2002 mustang gt with a vortec supercharger and it was a BLAST! it was really loud and the owner said it was running 436hp to the wheels!!! Now becuase i had so much fun driving that I have pretty much narrowed it down to 3 cars that are possibilities for me 2 get!
1. 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution MR SE
2. 2006 Honda S2000
3. 2002-2004 Ford Mustang GT(Supercharged)
I want to know your opinion on wut I should get because I am REALLY NEW to the mustang and don't know anything!! I am looking for something that has power and can be REALLY loud, but also have a proffessional look to it!!! I thank you guys for helping me and I have A LOT of respect for Mustangs now that I didn't have before! good job to all u guys! Thanks.

I'm from Bay Area, California. Well the MR and the S2000 would be brand new right out of the dealership and of course the Mustang would be used.

s2000 - sucks --- well not really but its going to cost a whole lot to mod it and still be slow

the mustang is your best bet - but I woudlnt want to buy one pre charged like that - esp. since its pushin 436 whp - that too much for a stocker (for me to buy used)

anyway a v8 mustang is you best bet to go fast cheap and not look ghey.

Uhh, well since you asked this question on a mustang forum, you should be hearing buy the mustang. I will agree. I would rather have the mustang, but thats me. Get what you want. If you got enough cash to drop on a brand new evo, why dont you get a 2003 Cobra? They are 400hp from the factory. Take a look. Good luck on whatever you decide.

well thats the thing! if i get the evo i wont have enough money to upgrade it at all except for some things here and there! so thats y the mustang is in the category because they're a lot cheaper and can get some power out of them if you drop some money into it but would i be more satisfied w/ the mustang over the evo!? would the mustang fall apart because as all u ford owners must know...ford has built up quite a reputaion lol! and I know a lot of people of this mstang forum will say "GET THE MUSTANG DUH!", but actually u guys have a lil more respect for the EVOs than most of the EVO owners have for mustangs and camero owners, so i would get a more honest answer from u guys!

Buy my stang and add a blower Any blower at 9 psi will put you at about 400-420 RWHP with the 4.6L 2v (any GT).

Edit: Apart from the interior rattling like mad (common mustang problem) my stang has been 100% problem free. No doubt the Evo's are fast, but this is a mustang forum, come on

2003 cobra can be found for low 20's and can be taken to 450+rwhp with a PULLEY and exhaust and tune. they are sick car. How much for the blown stang? What year?
