It won't fit. The pipes go under the IRS, rather than over like it would on a solid axle car.
Plus, if they aren't straight thru mufflers, the offsets are different from that of a GT.

You can get anything to "Fit" so too speak. There was a V6 Stang that wanted to swap out with my stock cat backs and mid pipes when I changed over to Off Roads and Flow 40s.
We got to to fit. We had to cut and weld quiet a bit. The end result was no HP gain and a loud terrible sounding exhuast.

Ehh not really. V6 still have a solid axle so it might be different but still relatively the same. The IRS of the cobra really makes things different.
