Default will a stock catbback

will a stock catback that was on a cobra fit in any way on a 02 gt if so how or what is needed if not explain thanks

im gonna go with no but im not 100% positive becasue they make a special cat back for the cobras becasuse of the IRS. So im guessing there different in the sligest ways.

thats what i was thinking but i dont no cuz i got these real sweet deal borla catback and mufflers for 200 of this buddie n he has a cobra but he says it will fit a gt but im thinking do i have to modifi it or will it just unbolt and bolt right in

You can get anything to "Fit" so too speak. There was a V6 Stang that wanted to swap out with my stock cat backs and mid pipes when I changed over to Off Roads and Flow 40s.

We got to to fit. We had to cut and weld quiet a bit. The end result was no HP gain and a loud terrible sounding exhuast.

No it wont, at least not without cutting & welding in.

The GT exhausts go up & over the axle. Cobras dont.

The only pieces you cant use is whats behind the mufflers. You could just make it dump right after the muffler.
