It depends on what you like, the KB is a twin screw it has instant boost compared to the centrifugal procharger that builds up boost

Definetly Kenne Bell, I myself have a whipple which is basically same thing as the KB... I love it, my car put down 644rwhp on 21lbs of boost and it made 752rwhp w/125 shot of nitrous and race fuel... Instant power w/ the twin screws when you need it most

take a look at your budget too. for the longest time i've wanted a kb but as i look at my 33,000 dollar debt (2 cars and college loans) the more I just wanna find a used centri and enjoy my car.

also the kB is about 1500 more than the procharger, if that factors into ur equation.

well a d-1 or f1-r procharger is going to spank the kb - same motor same boost... but again it depends on how far your racing + how fast.. the kb is also harder to hook - as where the procharger is like launching a closer to stock power car till hit hits boost at 2500-3k rpms - the instant boost factor of the kb is not important if your running on the highway... down shift to 3rd = instant boost on the procharger, but the kb is going to own you off the line ( if he can drive or has the suspension) for those 2-3 block races
