Default diable predator tuning

i just got my 03 gt a month ago and i just ordered 3.73 gears(wanted 4.10 but its a everyday driver), underdrive pulleys, short throw shifter, timing adjuster, long tube headers and x pipe(already got catback), a densecharger, and accufab tb and plenum. i was just wondering if you guys think i need to get a diablo predator tuner? i dont know if it would do any good since all i have is bolt-ons. and where do you guys think ill be around in the hp range. i was kinda hoping for 310 or so. i was also wondering what other bolt-ons could do me some good? thanks

If you are looking for 310RWHP you'll need more mods.... heh

you're likely around 260. the predator will give you up to 10 more if you dyno tune with it. good luck.

The predator will save you buying the gear to recalibrate your speedo, it could save you the timing adjuster if you are satisfied only advancing your spark 2 degrees to 12. I did not get much gain at first but I know some guys that during the dyno adjust A/F and got 15-20 RWHP. You could also save the cost of a custom burned chip if you use it on a dyno. It also can let you turn traction control off forever and raise your speed, rev limits. With all that you save its probably worth $399 but by itself you wont see any huge gains.

if you are going to spend that kind of money, you might as well get a dyno tuned CHIP... granted you can't do any changes yourself.. but a tuner knows what he is doing and can do alot more with the chip than the predator. just some ideas for you to ponder on.

WHT is right but get all your mods done first, any major changes after the chip will require another dyno and reflash.
