Just a question about body mods. Right now i'm trying to "pump-up" the look of my 97 'Stang. What Body-kits do you think best portrays a muscle look?

If you want a body kit and not get criticized by anyone on this site, stick with a roush, saleen or cobra kit. Cowl hood and a drop set off a mustang quite nicely.

i was thinking of going with the Mach II hood and Cobra R front but getting rid of the lip somehow. and i dont know about the side or rear cuz after that everything looks tunerish. I was also thinking about the Cpanel louver peices and thats about all i have as of now.

Get the side skirts that you can put the side exit exhaust on your car. Thats mean looking right there.

To get a non rice look you may want to go with the hood and cobra front as you mentioned.
Then make sure you have a good tint, lowering springs and go with dd in the back.
That look can't be beat on any GT.

true, i think the muscle look only pertains to the generation of cars that were actualy considered muscle

yeah i know this. But i don't like how slim my car looks. even compared to the older 60s mustangs :/ i think bulk on new cars pertain to muscle now-a-days. I'm just a very confused individual tho

+1 and you can call me crazy but i think that how the mustang comes with 8 feet of ground clearance give it more of a mean look opposed to the low low F- bodys. it looks less like a muscle car when you drop a stang IMO.
