Thermostat Q? I need to get to school/work tomorrow.
My thermostat housing was leaking slightly before I effed with it. It appeared to be coming from where the housing meets the plastic intake. I put in a 180* thermostat and a new o ring. Heated it up, drove it around no leaks. Drove it later that night and the radiator light came on. It was pouring out from where it was leaking originally. Tried to fix it tonight and now it is worse. I looked really hard and found no cracks, but where should I be looking? How exactly do I install the thermostat? I doubt Im doing it wrong, but WTF it will not stop leaking. I have to be at school for 7:30 am tomorrow.
I put in the thermostat with the springy thing down, then I put the new o ring in, then I put on the radiator housing, and put in the studs. Am I doing something wrong?
Please Help

Those stat housings can break very easily if your not careful......... Also you say you have the plastic intake? That may be your problem right there. They are known to crack.

I found the replacement stats to be slightly taller than the original and didn't allow my housing to sit down properly (though it seamed to be sealed).
Plastic intake...epoxy or replace...
