Is off road alot less restrictive because it has no cats? How about sound, are they alot louder? Seems like getting a catted midpipe would be better because you would A.) pass emissions easier B.) not have to worry about check engine light.

Off road is wayyyyy cheaper. Sounds wayyyyyy better. Is wayyyyy easier to install. It is the wayyyyyyyy you should go.

O/R does sounds quite a bit better cuz the cats often restrict quite a bit of sound. And also like gsxstang said, they are usually ALOT cheaper than catted.

Thats the way I'm gonna go in the future. Since in my location of Virginia, there are no emission laws.

Wayyyyy to go haha sorry had to do that. As for emissions, just pay sumone off and they can get u passed. Power wise you might lose a little power down in low RPM but you shoud gain some in upper RPM's.

MIL eliminator's will take care of the engine light, or a tuner will too, but MIL eliminators are only $60.

You would think that the catted versions would be less expensive since the sound isnt as much as the O/R versions. Or thats what I would think[&:]

Aren't those hit or miss, though? I remember someone saying it's a 50/50 chance of eliminating the light. Or am I thinking of something else?

yeah they go out after a while i heard. just get a tuner....O/R SOUNDS SOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!
