Default New to this Forum...

Hey All,

I am totally new to this forum and I just bought my first Mustang. It is a 1998 4.6 GT and it is in pretty good condition considering what I paid for it. For a long time I was into the Honda Civic Import scene - but that kinda faded away after a while. The Honda I drove, I basically built myself - here is a pic of the engine below:

I am nowhere near being a mechanic, but I do find myself to be mechanically inclined to some extent....
I am very excited about my new ride and I am aware that there are many modifications that can be done to improve performance. Since I bacically know nothing about my new car, what are some basic boosters that are generally done to improve the performance, but don't sacrifice with decreased gas MPG too much...

Here is a pic of the ride:

Thanks!

Basically, Gears, I would say 4.10's, exhaust... Then save either for a whole PI engine swap or just heads/cams/intake.. Small bolt-ons are not going to give you the power for the amount that you spend..

Thanks for the help with the pics!

I forgot to mention that it is an automatic - unfortunately my wife can t drive a manual, so I had to get something we both could drive...
But I tell ya - that car can really smoke! - today I wasn't even trying and I totally squeeled the tires!

LOL - Vin Diesel...

Actually, the honda has been sitting in my garage for the past few months - poor thing...

I was wondering - besides Ebay and Mustang Depot, where do people go to buy accessories for their rides?

THX!

Cool - thanks, I will check those out.

Specifically I am looking for some new headlights - the stock ones now are really cloudy for some reason. May be because of the heat we get here in AZ during the summer?
