Default Short throw shifter question...

I'm finally getting very confident driving my 5 speed, smooth, no jerk and LOTS of fun. I can do some neat stuff, good launches, and some sic burnouts. I do miss the 2-3 shift quite often though, would getting a MGW shift throw shifter reduce the shift misses, or would it simply make the throws shorter? Just curious, thanks!

Awesome! Thanks for the quick replies. I have added the MGW shifter on my future mod list. I've heard nothing but praise from this item on these forums.

you say it spring loads the gear, how does that work for downshifting? Shifting from 4-2 for example?

Does anyone know anything about the Roush short shifter?

Yes, I know it is expensive.......but is it any good?
Is it equal to the Tri-ax, MGW, etc....?

I ran a search on this shifter but no one seems to have any experience on the Roush.
I have a line on one and want to find out more from someone who actually has one before I decide.

Thanks
