3 yrs 36000 miles, as far as what it voids, it depends on what you modify. if you chip the computer you void the engine warranty, if you put on Underdrive pullies, dependant on the dealership you will void the engine warranty in some cases, change out the gears and you void the warranty on all that driveterrain stuff it deals with. basically anything really major has a possibility of voiding it. however if your rear end goes out they cant blame it on a cold air intake you have installed
