Internals. Everything inside your engine, trans, or rear. In a tranny, that includes syncros, bushings, input/output shafts, etc.. In engines, that includes everything underneath the valve covers and block internals (crank, rods, etc.) After you hit 36K, you're screwed basically. In 2008, Ford is putting a minimum warranty on all passenger cars and some trucks and suv's to 5 year/50K.
My 04 GT has a 3 yr/ 60,000 km bumper to bumper warranty. There is also a powertrain warranty that is 5 yrs/ 100,000 km.
I am in Canada but check to see if you have the powertrain coverage too.
The only internals still covered under warranty is my engine. Engine for Life. Something the dealership was offering when i got my car and wasnt a option to decline it
