5 LT Header questions

5 LT Header questions
1: Will these LT headers bolt right up to this shorty x-pipe with no other parts needed?
2: How hard are LT headers to install on a 97 Cobra? (1-10 1 being cake 10 being nightmare..never doing it again even if my life depends on it!!)
3: If these won't bolt right up, what ones will? The limit it $675.
4: How much of a HP gain with just LT headers? (without a tune)
5: What else will I need to pass emissions? I'm in NY.
