Do I have bad intake manifold?

Do I have bad intake manifold?
01 GT, comes with TR3650.. Question, do I have intake manifold that was recalled due to cracking and possible engine damage?
How do I find out if I do? Will a VIN number help ya out? Also, how to ID bad manifold and the newer version, picture will be awesome?

Thats what I've heard, but if you have the 3650 tranny you should I have the new intake, but I'm not 100% on that. I do know for a fact that the pre 3650 01's do not have the good intake.

I kind of have a dream, if intake is bad and plus I have paint job falling apart, I take vehicle to dealer, tell him I paid top bucks for brand new and got a lemon. Tell him give me that S281 to make me happy. [:'(]

Heres some pics of what I was talking about, the rest of the intake will be the black plastic, but these parts will be aluminum if you have the good intake, if not you have the bad one.
