Its the full manual and its a 5 gig file, as the download continues it will spped up depending on your connction speed, I think it took 9 hours on my cable connection.

torrents are peer-to-peer. You're not downloading from a server with dedicated bandwidth, you're downloading from other people's computers. You can't expect to max out your connection's speed till it's been running a while, the longer it goes the more time it has to connect to more people, so it'll go about as fast as it it'll manage about half way through, the closer you get to the end the slower it will go because not everyone out there has the last bit of it... It's showing about 10 hours for me right now.
