Default Rebuild suggestions

Im rebuilding my 99 GT 2v, i was wondering if you guys could point me in the direction of some good/reliable components. The car has 97k miles on it, and needs fresh internals. I'm looking for components that will allow me to add a supercharger in a couple years, but not in the near future. My budget is 4500, and i'll have the work done by a friend (meaning, labor isnt really a concern). Thanks in advance.

If you want to run any decent amount of boost when the time comes ur gonna want to definitely forge the bottom end. Thet and a set of blower cams should make the car perform pretty well.

Will the blower cams still let it perform decently naturally aspirated? I still want it to be a good runner without until I do decide to add a blower.

Yeah youll be ok with blower cams on an N/A setup for now. You just dont wanna run N/A cams with a blower, thats when things can get messy...

I bought the car with 93k, thinking it was taken care of (i thought i knew the previous owner). Needless to say, it wasnt taken care of and now i've got a spun bearing [:@]... Ah well. Gives me a reason to rebuild and add some boost. What are some good forged components/companies to look for, or some to look away from?

Btw Quickshot, love the car man...looks real clean, gotta love the yellow stangs
