Speed Cal isntallation
Anyone ever done this, its the most confusing thing ive ever seen, cant even find anything to plug it into, the instructions make no sense, says to 1. locate and remove the VSS connector on the drivers side of the tranny.
2. using a small flat bladed screwdriver Carefully remove the red contact lock inside the connector shell. Carefully slide the screwdriver down the side of each contact to disengage the contact retainer and remove both contacts from the connector shell.
3.Place the VSS connector shell removed in the previous step onto the speedcal blue/green wires.
4. Push the contacts into the connector shell until the contact retainers engage. Usually a faint "click" will be heard for each contact retainer engagement. Reinsert the red contact lock.
Anyone that has done this want to help me out... I Think i know what the VSS connector is and im not sure if it wants me to pull the little red thingy inside of it out or what it wants me to do... any info would help.

IT seriously takes about 10 mins to install it...
Don't pay someone to do it..
Yes, you do pull the little red thing inside it out.. It holds the wires into place, and you pull a couple out and plug them into the speedcal

Dude, I am 17 and it took me 25 minutes. Its easy. Go to this link for pictures and instructions http://dallasmustang.com/page/speedcal.inst.php
The hardest part is getting the wires out of the black connectors. Just get a small punch or pointy thing and run it down the side of the brass connector until you hit the bottom. Just press with the punch and try to pull the wire out. It takes some fiddling, but you'll get them out.
