Default gt vs. cobra

will there be any complications putting in a dohc 4.6 in my 96 sohc 4.6 mustang? as long as i've got the dohc engine harness? everything else should be the same correct?

there is a forum around thats all about putting DOHC cobra motors into mustang. Yea, wiring will be different, but if you have right harness, and right computer, its all good. Name is fastest modulars or something like that.

Cobra motor when bought is expensive, you better off putting a DOHC yourself.
