Assuming full boltons means gears/exhaust/intake/pulleys with your new nittos and the cams all you should really need is the good driver mod.

also, remove your spare, rear seat, maybe front sway bar if you want, aaaand hmmmm whatelse ... yea, that should do it, learn how to launch better ^^
with nittos, there is really no reason you ahvent done it, my brother got a 13.2 with timing adjuster, exhaust, intake, and 4.10 gears, add UD pulleys, and DR's he could take it to the 12's ez, this is on a 98 with an 01 motor swap.

Im telling you 4.10's and DR's the problem is going to be with the suspension. Thats gonna slow you down and you need to worry about that before you make more power.

Actually suspension will still greatly help him reduce his 60 foot times and reach his 12second NA goal. Some guy on these boards did a 12 pass with an O/R prochamber, welded in flows, timing adjuster, and suspension / tires.
