Actually suspension will still greatly help him reduce his 60 foot times and reach his 12second NA goal. Some guy on these boards did a 12 pass with an O/R prochamber, welded in flows, timing adjuster, and suspension / tires.

I am simply not conviced that the average bolton GT is going to benifit from a ton of suspension mods while just running drag radials. I guess on the street its alot different, but my car just seems to hook up so well even with the stock suspension and the nittos on the street...

Upper and lower control arms are a must. they are pretty cheap if you search around too. A full drag suspension system would probably get you into the twelves with some practice. Thats your best bet

I would say powerwise you are looking at port and polish those heads. That will run you between 500-1000 dollars by the time you are done. Or You could work on the suspension. That will help to get the available power to the ground. That can run upwards of 1k if you do the works too. Either way should help out. The DRs will also help out a lot too.

How about investing half of that $1,000 on track time??
2000GT4.6 said it best.. Good driver Mod is the best "free," mod out there... The good news is, now that you have some traction, your 60ft's should come down.. 2.1 is, ehh, at best...

99.99 percent sure that the guy had slicks though.

Guys telling him to P&P his heads...that would be a waste of money if he is then going to pull them back off and install cams at a later date. P&P and cams should be done at the same time imo.
