Default Smog legality of tb/plenums?

Was just wondering if i'll run into any smog or inspection problems with an accufab or dragon tb/plenum?

Seriously, think about how small of a hp gain you'll get from it. Then consider how much extra fuel and air you'll combust and shoot out your exhaust. It's not an issue, and if anyone says you need a CARB sticker, stick them with a pungee stick dipped in cow dung.

I live in san francisco, where the fast and the furious has made cops incredibly annoying...
