Throwout bearing

My throwout bearing went bad, and I'm wondering if this is something I can replace myself or if I am better off taking it to a shop? Any input is appreciated.

If you can remove the trans then you can do it yourself, if you cant/dont want to, take it to a shop.

might as well change the clutch along with the TOB

It's really not that hard to change the TOB, just takes alot of time, and if you dont have a lift, get a friend hehe. I've changed my clutch twice now in my 98GT. First time took about 2hrs, second time me and a friend did it in 30min. Hardest part was removing the exhaust pipes hehe.
