Seriously dude, I am with ya on a few opinions here and there, but don't post **** unless you know WTF you are talking about. You are simply a complete fountain of misinformation.
I can tell you that MPH was talking like I would definatly have to go to the next bigger (60?) if I want over 500 WHP. I am thinking I have seen a few people making 475 ish on the 42s.
Edit: I found one person with a little seaching that started having fuel problems at 550 WHP, but he stated that the car was really not running very well at that point, and the 60s really helped the car out with not only WOT but streetablity.

im supercharged with a decent amount of boost check my sig for some of them mods they all wont fit ... my tuner thinks well max out the 42's for sure and ill probably need to also get a BAP but im only looking for 500rwhp i do not want to run the car to its max potential 500 is enough for now but if i am going to be cutting out at wide open throttle from starving for fuel and not be safe i definately want to go with some 60's but if they can safely get 500 then ill stick with them and when its time for more power ill upgrade then anymore advice would be greatly appreciated

Your tuner should start off gradually and tune more and more into the car. He should be able to watch the a/f ratio as he is tuning and reach the safe limit of your 42s.

The thing is i WANT 500rwhp and there is no reason i shouldnt get it unless the injectors max out i would hate to have him tune it with the 42's and it reach it limit say at 470rwhp thats no good man ill have to buy 60's and then bring the car back for a retune the tuner is 2 hours away i hate making the drive through Los angeles traffic

once you go north of 500hp its time to think of getting 60's...best thing to do is check the duty cycle with a Xcal or whatever you are using. Some people max them out at 450 some 550, every car and setup is different so you have to do trial and error.
