depends on your budget and what you expect of them. Just more power and a more limited budget? i have vt stage 1. They added about 30rw (guessing, i put them in and my headers on at the same time and picked up 45rw) and they have some lope to them, you can definitely tell it is cammed and it was really noticable power-wise.

If you want the big lope then go more aggressive stage 2 or eqaul. but more money cause of springs. If you do that, try to find someone to change them without pulling the heads, save yourself alot of dough. Downside to stage 2 or above? max power curve out of where you can use it (7K rpm +).

try vtengines.com. crower makes good cams as well. look in people's siggys to see what people are running.

stage 1s are a mild cam, no springs required, moves your power curve up a bit. nice power added.

Stage 2s are more aggressive, bigger lope, need springs, more cost. alot of people wont do them with a stock bottom end. Imo, you should have gears to get over the lack of low end. I have 410s in mine that helped. power wise, not sure how they compare to a stage 1 on a stock rev range.

Stage 3, higher still, need some serious mods to get the benefit.

I am talking n/a here as well, they also have blower and turbo and custom grinds available as well. Call Scott and talk to him. he will guide you.

I think the crower goes like, 270 for mild, then 272 and such for their agressiveness.
