What size and rim are you guys running? I'm looking at the Nitto NT555R's from Jegs..

Nitto NT555R Extreme Drag Radial Tire 275/40R17

on Some 17x8 stock wheels....

Think it'll fit and get good road contact?

275 will fit... but if your playing on racing a lot id get a 17x10.5 rim and some nice 315 MT drag radials.

Well your buddy has either a messed up set, or someone messed up putting them on.. I have 315 nittos on my 17x9 rim, as do a lot of Cobra owners and they're fine. The BF's and Mickeys you really cant run on the 17x9 rim - they bulge a lot more.
ORIGINAL: geetee03

315's looked ridiculus on my buddies 17x9 rim, no way on a 17x8.

jegs has had the fastest delivery in my experience.
